Payment Policy

All gift/funds received from this wedding/honeymoon registry will transferred as “Hotel Credit” into your room or wedding account and can be used for any consumed items in Hotel during your stay or your wedding day in Hotel. Hotel Credit are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Terms of use

You should have booking confirmation first in Hotel (either honeymoon room or wedding package) then this wedding/honeymoon register can be created. The booking confirmation needed while you are on register process to wedding/honeymoon registry. Manage the gifts and contact details

We will manages all the funds that are received through the use of this wedding/honeymoon registry. All questions regarding payment and the use of the registry are to be directed to The Bandha Hotel & Suites or call +62361757150 for customer service.

Credit card / payment disputes

If a gift is disputed by the participant of a gift with their credit card company and the gift has been collected from the registry. The recipient is responsible to return the gift to The Bandha Hotel & Suites.

Wedding Plans Change

If you change your wedding date, you are responsible to log into your account and revise your wedding date information. The standard gift payment plan will then change to reflect the new wedding date.

Wedding Cancelled

We are available to work with you personally to help you in this unfortunate event. Our policy is the same as any gift registry if you have taken possession of the gift; where you would be responsible to return the gift to the gift giver. Ifyou have not collected the gift’s we will return the gifts to the gift givers.
